 About us

Michael United Football Club is situated in the village of Kirk Michael on the North West Coast of the Isle of Man. The pitch and clubhouse is 500 yards from the world famous TT Course off Balleira Road.

The football club was formed in 1919 and is one of a few clubs on the Island able to boast that it owns all its facilities. The club currently has two teams participating in the Isle of Man Football Association leagues, namely, the JCK Division 2 and JCK Combination 2.

With in excess of 70 signed on players mainly from the Kirk Michael area the Club can profess to being one of only a few local community football clubs on the Island.

2011/12 was a season of consolidation following our relegation from the top flight of Manx football - the Canada Life Premier League. 2012/13 presents the challenge of gaining promotion & looking for Cup glory!

The Club has excellent facilities with a fully equipped bar and clubroom which are used for many private and social events and this along with the changing areas has made it very popular as a campsite for our TT and Grand Prix visitors - see our Isle of Man TT Campsite page for more details.

We are always looking for new prospective players and social members for our Club and rest assured that you will receive a warm welcome on a Saturday afternoon at our ground. Information on how to join is shown on this site.
